Petzall Family Trust No. 2 will endeavour to ship any online order within 1-2 business days of preferred delivery date.
Orders will be delivered as close as possible to the preferred delivery date selected.
Should any goods be out of stock at time of order processing an e-mail will be sent to the purchaser, or phone call made, advising estimated time frame to deliver goods and the choice will be offered to cancel the order.
Online orders are automatically debited against the supplied Credit Card.

For your convenience, and to assist us in processing your return efficiently, we will email or call you to discuss the best options for expediting a return. All goods supplied and found to be faulty within 24 hours of receipt.
(Replacement of these goods for the same or their equivalent product, a store credit or full refund will be issued at the discretion of Petzall Family Trust No. 2)
Goods supplied incorrectly by Petzall Family Trust No. 2 or its appointed distributors.
New goods must be returned in original condition as shipped.
In addition, we may issue partial refunds at our discretion for the return of certain items, including:

Credit Card Surcharge
If you decide to pay by premium credit card, there will be a credit card payment processing fee, a percentage of the amount you’re paying, and depends on the credit card you use.
The details of this fee will be detailed on your bill.
